Guided by this philosophy, I was driven not merely to seek personal success, but to contribute meaningfully to the socio-economic development of our region.
From the very beginning, our focus has been on creating sustainable employment and livelihood opportunities—particularly for women, who, in many families, are the primary earners. Cashew nut processing presented itself as an ideal avenue to realise this vision, aligning both with community needs and our organisational objectives.
Today, we take great pride in the fact that over eighty-five percent of our workforce comprises women. Their dedication, commitment, and sincerity form the foundation of our success. RIEPL deeply values and acknowledges their vital contribution to the company’s growth and reputation.
